Use of the Service and any personal information or other information about you collected by SiteGlue through, or in connection with, the Service is subject to this Privacy Policy, which policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the Terms of Service.

The privacy practices set forth in this Privacy Policy are applicable only to the Service. If you follow a link from the Service to, or obtain products, services or information from a third party that is referred to or linked to from the Service (including Service Providers), please be aware that SiteGlue does not control the privacy practices of such third parties and the use of any information disclosed to such third parties shall be governed by the policies of such third parties.

SiteGlue may collect personal information, such as names, email and physical addresses, telephone numbers, demographic information, and any other information you provide when you register with or otherwise submit such information via the Service, including information submitted the via a dialog box or widget associated with the Service that is displayed on a third party website. We may also collect information such as your IP address and similar usage and tracking information when you are browsing or otherwise using the Service. If you choose to provide us with personal information, you consent to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers located in the United States.


We use “cookies” to store and sometimes track user information. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. A website can use cookies to recognize repeat users or track web usage behavior. Cookies take up minimal room on your computer and cannot damage your computer’s files. Cookies work by assigning a number to the user that has no meaning outside of the assigning website. We use the information that we collect from you to provide you with the Service, support and enhance your use of the Service, to monitor which features of the Service are used most, to determine third-party offerings that may be of interest to you, and to determine which features we need to focus on improving.

Diagnose Service Problems

We may use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer the Service. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic data. Your IP address contains no personal information about you.

Service-related Announcements

We will send you Service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. Generally, you may not opt-out of communications which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to terminate your account.

Targeted or Behavioral Advertising

Targeted advertising (also known as Behavioral Advertising) uses information collected on an individual’s interactions with the Services, such as the pages they have visited, the searches they have made, the type of device they have used, their demographics or locations, or the orders they have placed. This information is then used to select which advertisement should be displayed to a particular individual via the Service. For example, if you have shown a preference for a type of beverage while using the Service, you may be served an advertisement via the Service relating to that type of beverage. We may share or sell aggregated demographic information about our user base, including information related to your use of the Service (e.g., how you interact with our Service, our partners and Service Providers), your device type, UUID, purchase history, delivery location history, and click tracking, with third party advertisers for the purpose of selecting an appropriate audience for their advertisements, but only after either removing from such information anything that personally identifies you or combining it with other information so that it no longer personally identifies you. This information does not identify individual users by name, email or other contact information. Aggregated Data

SiteGlue may share or sell aggregated demographic or other information about its user base that includes Non-Personally Identifying Information and log data (including how users interact with our Service), with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services. This information does not identify individual users by name, email or other contact information.

Third Party Vendors

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, provide customer support, perform Service -related services (e.g., maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Service’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Service are used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf.

Law Enforcement

SiteGlue cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of SiteGlue or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, an illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

Acquisition of SiteGlue Chatbots

In the event that all or a substantial portion of the assets, business or stock of SiteGlue are acquired by, merged with or transferred to another party, or in the event that SiteGlue goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, your personal information would be one of the assets that is transferred to or acquired by the third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of SiteGlue or its assets may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If any acquirer of SiteGlue or its assets will use your personal information contrary to this Privacy Policy, you will receive prior notice.
